My joining date from offer letter is in middle of August but another hr ( not my recruiter) emailed me the onboarding instructions and date as July 17 today.

I asked this to my recruiter, she asked me to ignore it.
What could be the cause?

I worked 2m for startup company and absconded due to bitter experience from Jun'21 - July'21 , later immediately joined to another company Aug'21 to present(under notice period). Now I got offer with comcast and will moving on Jan'23. I'm bit worried because I don't have releiving letter for those 2m but all other records are clear with me(includes to company I'm currently serving notice period). I yet to reveal this 2m to my Hr. Should I tell and leave as such, Kindly pour your advice.
