Hey everyone, exploring a Senior Analyst - Data Science role at Evernorth. My current CTC is 19L fixed with 4 YOE. I'm holding an external offer at 30L (8% variable). Is it realistic to expect Evernorth to match or come close to 30L for this level? If so what is the max cap for this role? I have Approved I-797 but I recently changed my location from one state to other and lawyers are sating that I need to wait on LCA Approval. Anyone faced this scenario? I have never heard of it.
