I am currently working at TCS as system engineer in kolkata with 8 LPA salary.Discussion is going on for my promotion to ITA.
got offer in Accenture in Bangalore.
Salary offering : 10.5 fixed + 21% variable
I am very confused about the location part. Dont want to relocate now that to with so much hike. What is the wfo scenario in accenture. Requested HR to change location but it is not granted as mentioned.
