I am just curious to know how tcs has sap opening throughout the year? Do they have many projects?
( P.S I had tcs offer in 2024 but on joining date i got to know that they have postponed the joining date by 3 months, and even after 3 months they didn't do my onboarding. (I got 4 month gaps in my resume due to this. Siliver lining was that during that period i got lots of interview rejections which eventually made me well verse with sap and later I cracked another company.)

Last week team dynamics took a turn for the worst (even tho in each retro the team always commend each other, you would think team work is great). Team members get agitated with each other for being slow. Hello fellow SAP Consultants!
I am SAP HCM consultant having 4.10 years of experience. I feel that this module doesn’t have any growth. My first switch took me to 9LPA from 6LPA and now the second switch is being offered for 11.5LPA where I can see my fellow friends in SAP having more than 15LPA at the same experience on their second switch itself. Should I be worried about my skillset? Any insights would highly be appreciated. I feel stuck.
