I have my last round of interview with Macquarie. Can someone pls help me what kind of questions are asked in last round. Are those technical or like HR round.

A new analyst has joined our team and we often give them models/ slides but don’t always ask them if they know all of the accounting principles to be able to make minute adjustments to EBITDA or free cash flow. We are a FIG platform, so the knowledge required is relatively unique as well and not as easy to google as corporate transactions. Is there a better way to coach the analyst short of just throwing them in the deep end to figure it out or should we wait for them to ask us for help?

Did the billable hours bonus not get paid out today? Or is it to be paid in the next check?

How do you deal with imposter syndrome? I'm a new therapist and I work with a bunch of women who have been doing this for ages.
