I’ve been working at the same agency since I finished my undergrad during the first year of the pandemic.

First team was for two years, second and current team for 1yr 4mths with another team lined up to start in a month with an expertise that I’ve been passionate about for years but never had the chance to get into (still in the same agency).

Is it generally frowned upon that I leave a team after working for less than two years?

Feeling lowballed received an offer to PNC product management development program. Excited to be making a break into product but it’s paying 20% less than what I’m currently earning.

Hi Fishes, I'm a Python developer now and I need to switch my role related to AI/ML for long term.
Currently I 've planned two options and I'm bit confused which road i've to take:
1) Do Masters degree in Canada, after that try to get Job in there or US.

I received an offer for 80k to work as a desktop engineer for TCS at one of their client’s locations. However, I have seen poor reviews for working at TCS and I’d like to get some feedback from anyone currently or had previously worked for that company. What is the environment like and has anyone been in a situation where the contract with TCS and the client ended and had trouble with TCS finding them a new role at the same pay?
