I'm an Indian holding bachelor's degree in electrical and electronics engineering from India and master of international marketing degree from a United States. I am feeling lost in job. So I’ve applied for Accounts payable they offered 40k. I said why not to gain some experience. I didn’t even bother negotiating which I regret.
Fast forward I noticed that I was eventually handed everyone’s workload (AR & imports & duty and check coworker work + AP) Spoke to them about pay increase based on workload. So they raised it to 55k.. but I still feel underpaid based on the amt of work I do. I don’t know what my title or what to put on resume..

I just got an offer at McKinsey and I was wondering if the base pay is the same across all first year BAs or if there is typically room for negotiation this early in the career. What other questions do I need to be asking?
