I was informed I’ve received a below rating this cycle and had a period of low utilization while on the bench. Based on this, there’s a high chance I’ll be put on a PIP, with formal communication expected next week.

What’s the better approach:
- Complete the PIP and wait for the outcome, or
- Resign midway if things don’t look positive?

Also, does resigning during PIP vs after a negative outcome affect future opportunities or background checks?

IBM has offered me X amount ctc and i accepted it on portal....now got to know that market valuation for 10.3 yoe is greater than offered ctc....can i ask HR to increase the ctc and change the band...will they consider it?...not holding any counter offer as of now

Guys. I need your suggestion. Shall i stay here in Kolkata or return back to my home town for a month or two provided Magnet doesn't have any space. My home town is nearby. It's not commutable by road but i can come here in short notice if any. I'm currently not assigned to any project so no one checks if I go to office.
