Am currently working in CTS as an technical lead infrastructure with the package of 8 LPA with 4 YoE. Received an offer from zoho for technical support engineer role (night shift) with the same package (including allowance). Am confused whether to choose Zoho or stay in Cognizant.

If you have 9 YOE software implementation, 5 years as a manger at the current job. 1. Which solution architect position should you apply to? Senior or manager solutions architect? 2. What’s above manager at AWS?
