My current company is going out of business next week. I am rushing to get my next job lined up (probably won’t happen in time but I’m trying my best). My question is: should I be honest about why I’m looking for a new job? Is it wrong to not share this info during my interviews? Is this situation going to affect my interview process somehow? Fish on visa - do you put ‘Candidate requires sponsorship’ on your resume ? I feel it is a time waste to get interview calls and anticipation only to find out they don’t sponsor on the call.

Hey guys. I have a technical interview with AlixPartners restructuring and turnaround team. This is for their summer intern position. I didn’t come from a restructuring background. Hey, I received a verbal offer from EY for a role as manager, which was quite a low ball offer. I had received another offer from a different firm and I informed EY HR about it. I was told yesterday that they have an updated offer for me, scheduled the call twice with me but didn't actually call and told me she got occupied in other meetings. I have not got a response from her yet on the mails, should I contact the hiring partner directly? other firm is asking me to update as well.

Guys I got three offers. Not to show off. But I feel extremely guilty for the HR for dropping those two offers. Do you also guys feel the same or is it because I'm sensitive.

But there is one pwc HR I attended two rounds. But she doesn't even attend my call now or reply my email. I mean it hardly takes 30 secs to send out an rejection mail or pick up the phone the say I'm not shortlisted. Why should they ignor. I'm not gonna scold her or beat her for that don't they have some basic integrity

Done with two rounds of interview on may 17 th for the position of aml analyst. Interview was good. Approached HR for the update. They said the role is on hold, they will give update soon. Till no updates. What does it mean?

Visa friends! Had an interview in London, got the verbal, and am doing the visa dance. Started the process 2 weeks ago with HR and now they've ghosted me since then, though they said I have stuff to fill out ASAP. Normal? And am I too American pushy if I reach out to the hiring manager (and my future team) for an update instead?

Is it normal to wait a month after submitting an application before the application status changes from “received”?

Just got another rejection... Is exiting to FAANG or MB really this hard? Trying to go tech.. or mbb, but not getting anywhere.
