USCIS say we “generally speaking shouldn’t file for it with more than 180 days in advance” – but I’m asking if there’s any harm in doing so. I don’t want my 2019 EAD nightmare to happen again.

Parents are deciding between moving to WVirginia vs Virginia at retirement to be closer to us based in fairfax (ideally be at 1 hour driving distance). They currently in the mid west but WVirginia appeals to them because of low taxes, low cost of living. We are also poc so appreciate some diversity.

Hi fishes, need a advice I attended interview @ TCS on August 26th 2021.I was told that i was selected on september 21st 2021 and asked to upload documents in ibegin portal. I uploaded documents. HR told me that all the documents are fine and forwarding my profile further. But still experience letter/relieving letter section showing Pending for verification. Also still didn't get any update regarding salary discussion call/offer letter etc. don’t know what to do now !

Does bosch offers joining bonus?

I asked for 25 lpa to optum and they instantly accepted it as I had offer of 23 lpa in hand. Now I am feeling I quoted v less. Now can I do anything to get it revised ? On the top of this,optum has 20% variable salary. Should I wait for 1st offer letter to come first and then ask hr or what? Yoe 11 years, test automation.
