Hello I recently joined Mindtree as C2 SSE and feeling this as bad move since the work culture and other things are very much startup kind of, very high workload and expectations and also the lead is not that helpful. In almost 3 months I got the company view as slave master culture I just wanted to know your experience if you work/worked at Mindtree. I also want to understand why people say Mindtree as very good company. Frankly saying I don't see a single good point about Mindtree

One year ago (2.5 years into my employment with them) they re-leveled everyone and I was bumped to an entry level position on the terms that they changed my job title when they re-leveled, so “technically” I am at the early stages of my new title. I gave a coding test on a potal with hr monitoring , but the portal had lots of issues , I couldnt do a Sysout to check the values , I couldn't run my testcases , in the end I had to use my own environment and make things work in last 5-10 mins.I received a rejection from their process for 1 year now.I have requested the recruiter for a re-test with a technical engineer present if same issue arises but I doubt they will accept it , what could I do next ? Don't wna miss out on this one
