I have 8 years of experience and am currently working as a Senior GCP Data Engineer in a product-based company. I’ve spent my entire career here.

Now I have offers from TCS and LTIMindtree (service-based).
Would you recommend making this switch?

* Product ➜ Service: Was it worth it?
* How are the projects, learning opportunities, and work-life balance?
* Is it a good move for someone with 8 YOE, or should I wait for another product based company

Have any of you taken "low bono" clients while working at a firm? I want to take on a low bono client or two but not sure who would get the money. This is a contract opportunity through a non profit so I'm assuming a 1099 will be issued. The per hour rate is significantly less than my billable rate. I was offered RSUs for the first time as part of my compensation. I think I understand the concept as such but there are a few intricacies I was looking to clarify. Could anyone let me know if my grant date is 9th nov, 2022 and vesting period is 1 year, will I get RSUs allotted at the price of stock on grant date or vest date (in this case 9th nov, 2023)?
