1. Deloitte - 10.45 LPA fixed + 10% variable + 1L joining bonus ,Role: Consultant

2. Accenture - 11 LPA fixed + 21% variable + 88K joining bonus ,Role: Packaged App Development Analyst

3. EY - 11 LPA fixed + 10% variable ,Role: Senior consultant 2

It’s open enrollment season, and health insurance premiums are way up at my company (up 37% to $600/month for a family). Anyone else see big increases this year?

I have been working with Walmart for the past 14 months and have recently got an offer from Blackrock for 45 LPA.
Considering the recession and US market scenario, help me understand if it will be a good move to join BlackRock OR should I continue with Walmart with the current compensation.

PS. I am not happy with growth prospects in the current project in Walmart.

16 - Fixed & 45k variable component with 1Lakh joining bonus. I'm having 5.8 YOE working as Senior ACon with current CTC - 11lpa
I have cleared 2nd round(managerial) with TCS direct project recruitment and waiting for salary negotiation. I'm confused whether to join TCS now itself (which might be too soon to settle down) or go for CTS for next 2 years. Please suggest me. My priorities are Steady growth, Work life balance, Job security.
