I wanted a suggestion from you all guys, I have given interview of PS and got a call for offer after interview and I denied the offer as I have received an offer from some other company, I denied coz I was not doing offer shopping or piling offers, he tried to convince me and when I didn't get convinced he said to blacklist me from PS. What to do?

Currently a Solutions Consultant at Pegasystems.
I am interviewing at and considering making a jump to Oracle as a Specialist Solutions Consultant.
The reason for my move is currently at Pega SCs are treated more as AEs or Account Managers. The role at Oracle would be more of a true SC position. I also feel that Oracle will look BETTER on a resume and someone as young as me would have BETTER programs in place to train me and give me the foundation needed to be a successful SC.

If you are holding an offer of 30 then you can easily get a P4 with a 45 lac bracket easily
Stick with negotiation as people are not joining the organisation. So they will definitely give

Thank you Guys it really helps , then its possible to get higher salary because at the time of intial disicussion only i told i want 50-60 percent hike based on my current CTC and they were okay with it .
I have seen a solution architect with 35-45 lpa
