I am all set to join PwC AC (SA1 desg) for 19.4l fixed + annual bonus and 3L JB approx 24-25lpa including the JB
Capgemini had rejected me earlier but now at last minute they have reached out with an offer of 21.75l fixed + 2.25 variable and 3L JB approx 27lpa including the JB - C1 desg
Capgemini is providing hometown while PwC providing remote option.
I'm really not sure if I should take CG or not. I think PwC should be the better option. Please advise.

Hi fishes, recently joined an organisation (1 month ) in probation have 90 days NP a week ago i got offer which is comparatively beter in carrer growth.
