Hey folks, 1.) I have an offer from quantiphi for data scientist role. Would like to have some genuine feedbacks on the company's current scenario and culture.
2.) What are all the benefits I will get if I relocate to Bangalore( currently in chennai).Does the company provide food and other benefits? Quantiphi Quantiphi Analytics Solutions Private Limited
1) Not a good place to work at.
2) Hr’s are terrible.
3) In banglore you have to pay 50 ruppes parking daily and 100 for car.
4) hybrid policy is not that flexible if you don’t attend office atlease twice in a week you get a termination warning.
5) hikes are in peanuts. Even if you perform very well expect hike in range of 5-8%.
And so many points are there. If you don’t mind having a very bad work life then you can definitely join.
No you don't have to pay at all there are parking slots for bike and car. Just don't came at 2 PM obviously you will not find parking
1. Do you know what unit your offer is from? GCP/AWS/FSI etc? Culture varies widely, but overall people are overworked.
2. Benefits: I think there is a relocation bonus? Please confirm with your HR spoc.
Food, lunch is available at Bangalore office, you have to pay for it.
No other meals are provided.
Cab service for women employees at a fixed time (10pm? I'm not sure)
