Can someone explain the band structure at Wipro? I keep hearing terms like B1, B2, C1, etc.—what do these bands actually mean? What's the order or hierarchy of these bands, and how do they typically change with promotions?

Also, how do the designation levels (like Analyst, Senior Analyst, Specialist, etc.) map to these bands? Would be great to know the typical career path or level progression at Wipro.

Hi guys, I have a table with customer information. Some entries are invalid. Way to find them out is by invalid customer name like ‘dguychjki’.. no definite rule. Hi Fishes.. 6 yoe in SAP SD, i got 2 offers one from Wipro14 lpa role tech lead and other from Infosys for 16lpa role consultant.. i feel in Wipro the role is good but package is very less and in Infosys the role less for my experience and package can also be revised.. what can i do.. need your valuable inputs if i can negotiate with anyone of the company or which i can choose..
