Is it done by first advantage, I have short stint recently of 23 days, i haven't shown it to first advantage , but I have salary slip, experience letter , will it create any issue in bgv

Really confused as to whether to incorporate my NY- based makeup startup as an LLC or an S-corp? Not based in NYC if that matters and no revenue yet. Should I be looking into Delaware at all (specifically a Delaware C-Corp) if I do plan on raising capital at some point down the line?
