Hi I was just offered a CM Manager position at Evelance aka Anthem with moderate salary 100k with 10% bonus. I was previously making 110k with 10%. I’ve recently started work at a very young tech startup. Coming from a big law background, this was a huge change of pace/environment. I’m having a lot of trouble getting used to how unstructured the startup is. It feels like hire ups give a set of instructions then talk as if they don’t remember, or then decided rules A, B, C and D applies without being clear this was the case. Is this just the general startup environment? If you experienced this before, how did you deal with It?

I applied for a Executive Staff Assistant for Kaiser. The range for this position is from $36-42/hr. I’ve been doing Health Admin for 10yrs starting as AD in the AF. I’m also in a Master Program for HCA. Advice on if this is low in CA.
