Neudesic - SeniorConsultant I(Azure Data Engineer) -- 25LPA(Fixed)
MindTree - Technical Lead(Azure Data Engineer) -- 26LPA(Fixed) + 1.5 Joining bonus.

I got selected for Deloitte. They said they can give 13 fixed and remaining variable. They said as per Deloitte norms that is the best they can do along with certain joining bonus.

I am confused as Deloitte is a big brand and I always wanted to join it.
