Are there any agencies where creatives actually have good work-life balance in LA, SF or anywhere else for that matter? Like no weekends or no working more than a 40-50hr week? Or do I have to go in house for this? Or do I have to leave advertising altogether?

I feel like I’m either getting burnt out by work or trying to heal myself from it. There’s never much time for real life and I don’t want to be on my death bed reminiscing like, “Wow, I made some cool ads.” Nothing scares me more.

Seeking advice: I am a young sales consultant and sales engineer working for a tech startup company. I have 6 years of sales experience. I have an offer from Accenture. During interview I have informed about the location specification. However recieved offer with some other location. Based upon HR's confirmation I have accepted the offer and after a month I have recived updated offer with my preferred location , this time she also updated package components where package is decreased from my actual offer.
How should I deal with this,they are sending updated offer letters with multiple errors
