Specialist roles aside, such as digital, when you see someone describing themselves as a “generalist marketer” is this a resume you’d pass on? My past roles have been such that I do a lot of marketing projects, tasks etc. but I’m not a specialist. I’m worried if I use this terminology I won’t even be considered for a role. Thank you

Working Moms/Dads: Do in-house positions exist with flex time hours? I need to be able to leave work at 4pm to pick up my son from daycare, but i can get back online at home to resume any unfinished work at 8pm. Is this realistic to convey to any companies in an interview? Pandemic aside, is face time 9-7pm really important? 1. CITIUS tech - 24.3L + Hybrid mode, will provide me work from home for 6 months under special cases as I asked

2. Health Care company 24L + 50K JB + Permanent WFH
I am interested in health care as it is product based and WFH.

Initially I told them I will not be joining as I want WFH, CITIUS HR told I will get 1L JB if I join and will provide WFH for 6 months. can someone suggest your ideas

Guys I received a revised offer letter from XYZ MNC, in this offer letter they have mentioned "Agreeing to terms and conditions in the workforce of iTap is as good as signing of physical contract form on mutual agreement between you and company. It has legal binding as per law if mutual trust is breached."

Currently am not planning this company, but will this impact me anyway legally? Please consult
