Hi guys :) Glad to join fishbowl and this community. Guys I have an offer of 14.41 ctc from a big 4 (11 is fixed).
Technology-Microsoft Dynamics 365(I am a functional consultant in SCM and HR; Relevant exp: 3 yrs & Total exp: 4 yrs).
My interviews in IBM are done and I am waiting for the salary discussion with HR.
What is the likely offer that I am going to get? Any idea? (My expectation is 16.5 lpa ctc). I will adjust my expectations as per replies here.

Oh it's the same for me! They sent me a mail asking for documents on Feb 6. Then the next week I had a salary discussion. Now, HR neither responds to mails nor calls! So, I am having no clue if my candidature is processed 😂
Same here from mid of jan
I felt that HCL HRs are either extremely overloaded or they don't give a damn about candidates, have to chase them for 2 3 days after that they respond and that too without the information you requested.
How many days did it take for you to get a confirmation on your selection after TP2 round?

My HCL hr also said same thing. Plz let me know once you received offer.
They told me the same story for 3 months and finally received my offer letter after i reached out to some other HR for different requirement...

They took 2.5 weeks after salary discussion to come back to me with an offer letter.
Hey what is tp2 round exactly??? For me tp1 was completely technical for Java developer position. Pls shed light about tp2 pls
It is also technical round mostly will be taken by Manager/Lead of the project who is seeking the vacancy in his/her team
