Hello fish - I’m finally able to fund my Roth IRA. Would you suggest holding VTI , VXUS (70:30) in Roth IRA account . This is my first time contributing to Roth IRA and appreciate some advice. Also, I fully funded Traditional 401k and hold “Spartan 500 Index Pool Class E” with -15% YTD. If I were to rebalance 401k, what are your suggestions .

I started going to work in the office 2x per week now and there are a few (male, senior) colleagues who comment on my appearance, I.e. pointing out I have makeup on/wear office attire or not.

I always come back with a comment to shut them up in a humourous way (haha), usually something like "thank god we're just talking about me and not your looks, Adam".

But I think it's beyond unprofessional and really annoys me.

I recently discovered pay band information given to me by the HR generalist I'm working with on hiring was outdated and updated bands had been released over the summer (prior to my hire date). The outdated information had led me to believe a prime candidate was out of range. Aside from incompetence, can anyone think of a reason why HR might have withheld information about the pay bands? I assume mgrs see the full monty when it comes to pay...right?
