Currently senior consultant with 3.5 years work ex + Masters in IE. Google is offering Program Manager role but at L3. The base will be almost the same as current (120k) but the upside is equity. Was just told that there is likely not going to be a chance for a raise during my upcoming performance review due to my salary already being “above average for the industry” based on my employer’s questionable research.
