They have already completed documents verification and verified adhaar details over a teams call.
This is the 3rd week going of all the overall process, I asked HR team last week they said some approvals and requisition id is pending. They also communicated that will release the offer in this week only.
But Lot of overthinking and anxiety until received. Fingers Crossed 🤞

Just started a new Data Analyst position in which I have constant meetings with senior leadership and executives. I have a bad habit of giving too much background info and not getting straight to the point. I just feel like every little detail is important (even though that’s not always the case). I lateraled into a niche practice group in Sept 2021. I also have a 1 year old and have been mostly remote since I started - but have been keeping busy tracking towards 2400-2500 hours.
