We as the armed forces of the United States have a research department, but the greatest advances at the armament level come from private sectors, this could not be something counterproductive because if they sell a product to us, what deprives them of selling it to other countries?

There are exclusivity agreements to only sell weapons to the United States army, anything else will result in a legal problem, I doubt that these companies want to enter that area.

I personally believe that in less than 20 years the armies will be a private issue, that is, as a nation, we are going to have to hire military services to take care of us, this is what has been shown since the birth of private contractors.

It is a latent fear, but most of these companies belong to arms companies that in turn are related to deputies and heads of state, I doubt that these same people are capable of betraying their own country.

These are things that have already happened, and that is why we have dedicated ourselves to purifying lists so that this does not happen so that you can become a manufacturer of weapons technology, there are many permits involved, so not everyone can do it.

Excellent question, but the answer is very simple, we are the country that buys the most weapons, we are the ones that seek to innovate the most, and most of these innovation projects are carried out by the national armed forces, in other countries of the world. the militias have their own investigation department, and we do too, but it works hand in hand with the private sector.

I have an old chase freedom card which I guess doesn’t exist anymore. Should I change to the freedom flex? Currently put travel/dining on CSR, use Freedom for the quarterly 5% categories, and put flights and everything else on Amex. I don’t think it makes a difference if I’m only using it for the 5% right?

I have 3 young kids and am realizing it is hard to sustain friendships with those that don’t have kids. Received a very upset note from a friend saying she feels neglected and that I don’t care about her. To be honest, it has always been a demanding relationship and we have 8 years of friendship but it’s hard to connect on a deeper level on anything that doesn’t revolve around drinking, shopping, travel so I have been letting it fade. I feel bad but is it normal once you have kids?

My girlfriends and I booked a non-refundable room for our New York trip coming up in a month. The reviews were ok on the booking website, but as we're reading more recent reviews on tripadvisor and google, the hotel is quite horrendous (bed bugs, mice in rooms, mold/mildew in bathroom, hair on bedsheets and towels, luggage being stolen in an unsupervised luggage area....). Is there anyway we can get a full refund for the room? I'd rather book another place before the trip than take our chances

Hi do they boot give citations or tow for street parking in midtown/downtown area? It’s the one where you pay at meter and put in license plate. Last few days I’ve been visiting my friend at a hotel in midtown and secured $2 parking per hour cause there are no grocery stores or free parking spots nearby. And been a bit risky like underestimated time. Seeing what repercussions would be. Parking city patrol would have to drive or walk by, pick my car to check, look for plate online etc

Hi ladies. Looking for some advice. My lease is up soon (in a few weeks); and I’m considering just giving it up instead of renewing and moving in with my parents for a while. I’m in a relationship that i think is coming to an end (we don’t live together) and I’ve been toying with the idea of just taking 3-4 months to travel. Maybe explore Europe. Have to make the decision soon. Any advice or has anyone been thinking like this?
