My CCTC: 4.80 LPA

and i’m having my appraisal cycle going on right now. Expected CTC after the cycle ends is 7-7.5 LPA.

Should i stay for 1 more year in the same company? Orr make a switch?

If switch…. What value should i quote for my next expected CTC?

I have been giving interview from last 2 months and yet I haven't got a single offer and people here are getting multiple offers. Even if interview goes nice, I would get rejection mail.

I guess Luck matters a lot even if you perform well. There would be always someone who will do better than you.
