I beg to differ. It might be for a particular person or a department. But mostly work life balance is good here. There is no work pressure in fact I would say less work. Work culture is good as it’s a product based company.

It’s actually pretty chill over here. People come to office to eat good food, play games and do some work. They have made the infrastructure in such a way that it doesn’t feel like office rather a place with beautiful chill environment. Basically, a comforting relax environment where you can focus on work without thinking of any issues. Initially knowledge transfer trainings happen with people located at different time zones due to which some meetings happen at around 7. But overall it’s good.
What is there to elaborate, you got to work work for 13-14 hours daily. There is never any downtime. If you finish work quickly, there will be more work.
You got to report to office every 3 days in a week, login after returning home.
The review is just mockery, you will get peanuts in comparison to the companies.
