Need your suggestions. I joined Virtusa at 5 YOE at 14 LPA as a Senior Business Consultant. However another memeber in my team with the same designation, YOE and previous salary got 19 LPA. What are the possibile ways of getting a salary correction in Virtusa ? Or Does Virtusa follows the process that people on the same Designation should be paid equally ?

Qualified Dividends: I’m expecting $650-$750 qualified dividend in 2021. Salary and base about $250 total. Questions: what tax rate will the qualified dividend be taxed at? The 15% or 20%? Little context: I was an ED student, full time paralegal/clerk throughout my law school experience, and a single mother. I did not take advantage of the law school extracurriculars and missed out on clerk application deadlines my final year (2020). Would it benefit me to take a pay cut as a transactional clerk by about $20k to work as a clerk for a year then re-enter firm life? I’m transactional and enjoy that line of work.
