I had HR discussion with cognizant on 11th June.As per HR I should have got offer letter in a week's time post approval.Till now I have no update from HR.sent many chasers as well called HR numerous times but no response.Any idea how long cogni HR takes to release offer letter.

Hi I'm in tableau Ctc is 9.6, fix 7.8 yoe-1yr I want to become a product manager or into product marketing /strategy I was hoping to get an mba, but in india placements are like 15-20 range and fee is like 20+ Plus my 12th %=55% Science (Bsc+Msc) Placements in clgs have 10th and 12th % criterias, taking this into consideration i dropped the plan What do you think i should do? Option is to switch to business analytics after taking some short business courses or mba? Deloitte USI Accenture IBM PwC

It is possible that different people will have different salary at same designation. There is no salary correction is required. You could have asked more package at the time of switching. You could have gone more than 19 LPA also. Don't compare yourself with others.
As UST 1 said ... Don't compare yourself with others ..... I am sure there will be existing employees who are having more exp than you and getting less than you .... I have hired people with half my experience and I have offered them more package than me ..... This is IT and anything can happen here..... Just understand that it is your journey and it is unique for you .... Focus on your goal .... If you keep on comparing you won't be satisfied ever ....
You can for sure ask and if the things are the same as you think they are then you can try there is a chance if your performance was valued

To my knowledge and experience with virtusa, they will not follow a sine pattern for paying, worst part is we can't compare our salaries infront of HR. If we ask anything they will tell According to policy 😂...
