From my offer I know that the health coverage is capped at 3L with top up options at 10L max. It also doesn't include parents, and that needs to be enrolled at an additional cost.

Hi friends, I’m expecting an offer from Google Cloud. I haven’t shared my salary expectation with HR and expect Google Cloud to give me their best package. In this case, do people still negotiate? If so, what / how would they negotiate?
