Hello, first post here. Outside sales, merchant services/card processing. I’m primarily a welder but I work 4 10-hour shifts typically then I try sales the last three days. I’ve done it long enough to where I’m confident and comfortable going to new businesses, establishing some rapport with business owners. But it seems like a lot of businesses see this as a waste of time, even adding services and cutting costs. I guess either I’m looking for advice or considering not doing this anymore.

Applying to roles within the same federal agency. I know you need one year within the probationary period, but can I apply to a higher GS level? For example, if I'm GS 9, receive a promotion to GS 11 at the end of probation, would i be able to apply to GS 13 roles if I'm qualified? I want to switch but wanted to know what would be decent hike in reputed or mid size org. I would not like to take into consideration the start up as they may pay quite high when compared to a large size organization.

18-20 L fixed is my analysis.

Hi fishes, need a advice I attended interview @ TCS on August 26th 2021.I was told that i was selected on september 21st 2021 and asked to upload documents in ibegin portal. I uploaded documents. HR told me that all the documents are fine and forwarding my profile further. But still experience letter/relieving letter section showing Pending for verification. Also still didn't get any update regarding salary discussion call/offer letter etc. don’t know what to do now !

Is anyone joining TCS in first week of January?

Hi Guys. I have 07 years of experience now out of which 02 years is with consulting. I have not got any raise since I have joined and current CTC is 8LPA. I feel demotivated as I am not paid as per market trend. Recently got put on PIP.
Shall I focus on PIP completion or look for another job? Also, not getting much opportunities due to COVID impact and what should be the CTC I should ask for at 7 YOE?
Please guide.
