I got a call from amgen mentioning I cleared my interview, and they'll send the offer letter.

It's been 3 days since that call, I didn't get any email.
Is it standard for them to take time to share the offer letter, after confirming over call?

To ones who got the offer letter, can you please share your experience

What would be examples of cushy industry jobs with good wlb with 200-300k pay check in finance industry? My work is mostly FS so it seems to make sense that I exit in that direction, but I keep hearing that finance in general is less chill than normal corporate sector jobs. Or is that just for IB/PE/HF?
