I just got a call from kpmg for salary discussion they are only offering me 8 lpa and i have already told them that i have a offer of 8.5 lpa from another mid size company i want to join kpmg just for its reputation are the low balling me as my current ctc is 4.18 lpa. Need advice KPMG India KPMG

Hello everyone! How do you manage holiday pay when the holiday is on a Saturday/ Sunday. For example, if I have someone working on Christmas (Sunday), they should be paid 1.5 but what if they work on Monday as well?I know this might sound silly to some people but I’m covering for payroll for the holidays and I don’t want to mess up!

In OAH the NCP has submitted no actual earnings only hand written sched c (Uber). NCP lied under oath about how pmt for the car was made. Said a friend paid for it and he is paying a friend back.
