Hey IBMers, what is average amount paid to a 7B level employee as part of Growth driven profit sharing GDP payout at IBM? I have other company offering variable pay of 4 lakhs at end of year. Is IBM's GDP sharing better than that? Kindly share some info. Fixed salary is same in both offers, but IBM mentioned GDP in offer instead of variable pay. Please advise.

I have done masters in commerce and i have experience of 3.5 yrs working on support project related to Bloomberg fundamentals consultation with bare minimum package of 2.6 lpa as a ctc. Is doing some courses from after market such as power bi ,sql etc will help me to raise my package or should i switch by upscaling my skill or without it as environment is toxic and they will not let me grow.kindly share your insight to help me choose better career path.

About to turn down a job offer that would nearly double my salary after speaking to several former associates of the firm and hearing some not so great things. The word “sweatshop” was used multiple times yet I am still having a hard time wrapping my head around it. This is truly “you can’t pay me enough to be part of that” in action.
