I am at first job and i am feeling the work monotonous, I go to office sometime so i am not aware of office environment and feel like i have missed out on getting knowledge from seniors(knowledge=not technical but how to actually survive in corporate)

I am actualy planing to resign but I am nervous to talk to my manager and sm.

Can you please help me with motivtion amd courage, probabaly share your experience.
I am really looking for some help.

Guys. I need your suggestion. Shall i stay here in Kolkata or return back to my home town for a month or two provided Magnet doesn't have any space. My home town is nearby. It's not commutable by road but i can come here in short notice if any. I'm currently not assigned to any project so no one checks if I go to office. My joining is on 11th July. I believe I have to collect the laptop from Camac street on joining date. But after laptop collection, should I WFH as the Technopolis office is not ready? Also, how much time does it take on first day for all the formalities? After laptop collection and formalities, I am planning to return to my hometown which is 250 km away.
