So have been offered 12.5 LPA fixed(excluding PF and gratuity) + 1L joining bonus at Axtria for an Associate position. have ~1.5 yrs of Pharma experience and the rest is SDE exp. Total ~3 yrs of exp. Is the offer at Axtria any good? just joined Beghou at 11.5fixed(including PF and gratuity) and 15% variable.

I'm not in sales per se but I manage my company's largest wholesale account ($150 million per/yr account). It's a great company, awesome culture, good benefits, flexibility, but the pay is not great ($60K/yr). All the pros outweighed the mediocre pay, but now with inflation rising, my paycheck isn't going as far and I'm having a really hard time trying to figure out if I should start looking elsewhere or if I should ask my boss for a raise.

One of my friend is having 1 offer in hand and she has signed offer letter with agreement for joining that company only and not to accept any offer from any other company ( even hike from current company ), what will happen if she deny to join that company? In agreement it describes that if candidate joins or accepts another offer then candidate will have to pay two salaries as per the offer letter.

But they're saying that they'd discuss the offer only after the other company that I'm interviewing with has come up with an offer first. Some companies give hike according to certain percentage. Nw from my previous Company's Ctc was very less. So if i am getting an 40% hike based on my previous CTC it's still less then my expected CTC and it ll be difficult for me to survive and relocate in metro cities. Can anybody guide me regarding this.
