I faked my resume I mean my contracting firm did and I didn’t have choice and I got the job. Now my client wants to offer me a full time position. Joined EY India a few months ago in tech consulting and have been working 12 hrs a day + 4-5 hrs on weekends and official holidays too. My project has literally 2 people (1 technical ie Me) and I'm myself new to the technology. I'm expected to make magic happen out of thin air and I don't know how I'm gonna survive here. Any advice?

Our project teams don’t get along, collaboration is poor. Tensions are high. And also my own project team disagrees a lot too and doesn’t communicate enough. What to do? My direct project team is working outside of the US.

Hi recently I was interviewing few candidate for ML engineer and business analyst profile.
Got few candidate (total 6) schedule for that role on lever.
Took interview of 2 of them on day 1 and rest 4 on day 2.
4 out of 6 were from Mindtree.
And none of them were actually the one which they portrayed on resume.
They were liers, they don't even know basic sql, python forget about stats.
Have anyone recently faced the similar situation with Mindtree people ?
