I recently received an offer from Amazon for a Business Analyst (L5) position in the RBS function based in Bangalore.
The offered package is around ₹23 LPA (including a ₹6.5L sign-on bonus first year + ₹5.5L sign-on bonus second year+ 100 RSUs).
I’m currently working with a CTC of ₹23.3 LPA remotely(US Firm), and I have a total of 5.5 yoe.
Just wanted your honest take — is this offer fair for the level, and how’s the current situation there given the recent layoff trends?

I was passed over for partner but will make of counsel at a V50 firm. I’ve put in the work to make partner, but the firm is making very few this year (less than 10). Am I wrong to feel disrespected?

Hello, I have accepted an offer at a competitor company and sent in my resignation letter. My start date is 5 weeks from now so I put in my end date 4 weeks from date letter was signed. The manager said I had to leave the job in 2 days and the company can only play 2 weeks of work. Is it normal how they do that?

Anyone hiring a an Account Coordinator in NYC for consumer/lifestyle?

I’m mid 30s F. Recently started seeing this guy, where he is “good enough”. Good conversations, decent time together, he has a good heart, but nothing about him shines. - not fit (I work out everyday and play sports), meh social skills (he doesn’t have best friends, just few he hangs out with), bit less energy than me.
There is a feeling in me that says “he’s going to be a comfortable life partner” and “he is just good enough, but if I break up I won’t find someone for a long time”

Recently started going through the interview process. I ended up going through 2 interviews in about a week. After the first interview I heard back the following day saying that they wanted to meet for a second one. It’s been about 4 days now since the second interview, which felt like it went great, and still haven’t heard anything. Am I being impatient or should I have heard back by now? I already sent a thank you message after the second interview, should I try to follow up again?

How many of you work directly with business clients (sales, marketing, R&D, supply chain etc. - essentially, non IT)?
Or is it the onshore business analyst who acts as a bridge between you and business?
