A very straight forward question on salary hike. Pls provide honest answers.

An Analyst joined Deloitte USI as a fresher. Currently she is having 2.8 years of exp.

Her ratings were also excellent/exceptional based on the quaterly releases. She is also getting promoted this year and new salary will be reflecting from June onwards. Currently, Her in hand salary ranges between 55k-60k.

She only wants to know, the new in hand salary after promotion which will be reflecting from JUNE

So the feeling that you’re forgetting something important because you have so much on your plate…that never goes away right?

Tomorrow is my last working day.
I have an offer for Tech mahindra with DOJ 5th April.
I have placed a counter offer in march with Tech M .They are doing a salary revision with Joining bonus and they said they are waiting for JB approval. They didn’t send the revised offer letter yet. Do they usually take so long for revised offer letter. I have just a day left.

A creative team I started working with recently has decided to ignore my every comment. They take feedback from anyone else but me, and whenever I push them to make said changes, they just pick fights and make snarky comments. Anyone have any idea why this might be?

My manager thinks the best next step for me is to move into management and leadership and has started pushing me to apply for an engineering manager role. They say that I will be a good fit because of my strong technical background paired with the leadership and people skills I display currently.

I’m torn because I do love being an IC but I’m interested in leadership also. What do I do?
