Hi all, Anyone knows how's the work culture interms of growth, job security, Work life Balance, yearly hike in Bristle cone??? How much is the variable pay if they offered you 32.5 lacs even take home salary??? Already holding an offer of Fujitsu.

I'm not super happy in tech-specific recruiting and find it a lot more laborious than other verticals. We really struggle to find qualified candidates who are also willing to accept starting salaries and more equity. Sometimes I want to move away from this. Has anyone else felt this way?
