Augusta National, probably
I don’t know, I think I’d do Cypress point club over Augusta. Chicago golf club is an interesting one. National golf links of America, Tara Iti in New Zealand. I initially thought Augusta, but started to think about it a bit more and it’s not so easy for me!
Pro
Pine Valley
This is a great choice
The St Andrews Club , St. Andrews Scotland
Trump National. haha
This might be the only right answer
Augusta is only open October-May, so you lose out on 5-6 months of play during summer and fall, which is when I want to be out playing golf. I don’t want to be bundled up and playing through the winter with sweaters, stocking hats, and gloves.
I’d probably pick Pinehurst as you can play year round and you have 9 courses to choose from.
Pinehurst
Pinehurst
Friars Head
Augusta National hands down
Augusta is the only correct answer
Peachtree GC
Augusta National
Think it has to be non-Augusta for a more interesting thought experiment.
Riveria, Oakmont, and Shinnecock come to mind first in that scenario.
I think about this but I have a list and cannot decide. All are beautiful clubs.
Pine Valley, Caves Valley, Congo, Indian Creek, or Medinah
Promontory or some other course out west that comes with a mountain pass for the winter or Riv I guess
Casual golf fans will say Augusta because they don’t know any different. Real G’s will name places like MPCC, Cypress, Seminole, Pine Valley, Crystal Downs, National Golf Links, Sebonack, Scioto. I would choose somewhere on the ocean and prob go with Cypress
