Hi all. As part of the interview process, do any of your consulting firms test a candidate's ability to use AI tools? (I'm talking about scenario where the use of AI tools is allowed, with appropriate guardrails).

And if so, how are you testing this? What methods / exercises / tasks are you using (e.g. in case study rounds)?

The problem here is because Finance jobs requires exceptional skills and academics due to which he is not able to get shortlisted for most job interview screening, he is receiving interview calls from great companies but not able to convert them.
