Midlaw M&A/Corporate 6th year in LCOL city. Have potential opportunity to go in house for public fintech co. doing substantially similar work. Comp similar to what I make now, but vague on upside. Hi Fishes.. i got offer letter from Infosys they didn't mention the annual CTC instead they mentioned it in monthly basis.. is it how Infosys share offer letter.. also i informed they my LWD is 20may but they gave joining date as 20 June.. how can i request them to change it to 23 or 24 th may... I have two offers in hand. KPMG and Deloitte. CTC is almost same whereas variable is more in KPMG. I am inclined towards Deloitte India. But HR in KPMG told me that I won't be able to join KPMG India in future as I accepted their offer. I informed her within 2 weeks and didn't do anything for onboarding. I had my LWD on 27th june ,before a week of that i had HSbC last round in which I clearly told I wanted to join by 4th july as my next joining is due at that time.
HR agreed and told will fast track your bgv .
Now the problem is they released offer for 11thJuly saying will preponed in case bgv finished early.
Today I again got a mail for 18th july extension.

Am quite worried here now, as I already said no to other companies !should I try looking again.
