Cleared one round of FIS global, today got a call for 2nd round (F2F Pune location).
I'm actually confused because I see lots of posts regarding RIF & uncertainty, employee getting shifted to vendors CTS/Zensar. Even HR said yes existing employees are getting RIF but not for you. Also they are okay in giving 63% hike (28LPA) on my CCTC (17.16LPA). Is it worth joining FIS GLOBAL?

Note - Have an offer from Accenture giving 30 % hike (22 fixed, 3L joining Bonus). I'm based out of Mumbai.

Should I specialize in Blockchain or AI? I’m a freshman in a CS degree and I can’t decide. My main argument to choose blockchain is the easy entry with little experience and high salary, I plan on growing my skills during the bear market and get a job once the market recovers.
