But I want know from this variable, how much we can expect to receive actually on an average? What is the yearly hike in Infosys (I think they will not give any hike for the first year and will consider me from second year onwards). YOE- 13, Techstack - SAP Analytics Infosys Accenture Wipro Capgemini HCL Technologies

I have an interview for an in house position (only attorney) at a small non-profit focused on conservation easements. I am a transactional associate at a mid sized law firm. The prospect of freedom from the billable hour and contributing to meaningful work are the draws. The cons are that while the salary at the non-profit would only be slightly less than what I am making now, pay increases and opportunities for advancement will be much less than where I am now. Thoughts on making the shift?

So my peers in my team earn double what I earn and work significantly less, get promoted over me and have bonuses. Also get to make decisions over my goals and such. I have a new leadership now but how do I escape this?
