FAANG offer is slightly higher (though both are a 50+% bump on my current comp). Both would have me reset to entry level. Which one should I take?

Is a role as a QA at a growing tech company a dead end role? For me, jumping from consulting to a traditional QA role would provide a lot of great exposure to software development but I don’t want to get stuck within a skillset and I’d like to leverage that experience to get into Product. MBB AP about to exit to non-FAANG tech. Would you expect a signing bonus and/or pre-determined severance pay if things don't work out with the new company? Anything else that people have negotiated during their exit? I'd be leaving a large amount of bonus on the table to leave before the end of the year.

Just got another rejection... Is exiting to FAANG or MB really this hard? Trying to go tech.. or mbb, but not getting anywhere. Hey team - currently negotiating compensation at a series C US based startup. Director level with 50% travel to APAC. Reporting to COO. What comp should I ask for?

I was at Big 4 consulting for a year before lateraling to ACN recently. It’s been about 6 months at ACN. Now I have an industry offer for Product Manager, which has been my eventual goal. Would it be too soon to jump? Or should I stick around for better exits in a couple of years may be? I’m worried the frequent changes won’t look good on my resume
4 YOE overall, TC at Product Manager is about 20-25k > ACN.

They want to bring back travel to 50%+ post Covid and I am not feeling that motivated to be away from my family that often.
