Oracle (SMTS IC3): ₹35L base + ₹31L stock | Vesting: 40% Y1, 30% Y2, 20% Y3, 10% Y4

Elastic NV (Cloud GenAI): ₹39L base + ₹31L stock | Vesting: 6.25% quarterly (25% yearly)

Which would be the better option to join?
