Currently working with TCS with 11 y.o.e in Java, spring boot and microservices and getting 13LPA.
I have below offers in hand and serving NP.

IBM - 22 LPA band 7 [I need to search project after joining]
Wipro - 22 LPA technical lead [hired for specific project]
Capgemini - 18.5 LPA C2 manager
TCS is also trying to retain me for 22 LPA and my current manager and project in TCS is good.

Please advise whats is best option here to choose? Should I continue in TCS or try other options?

I got call back from Capgemini that my expected CTC has been met. HR told "I got approval from my seniors of your expected CTC. I am generating offer letter in the system. You will get the offer letter by today EOD or by Tomorrow" Is he fooling me or I will really get the offer letter? Capgemini

CTC offered: 21LPA fixed.

I got an offer from another firm for 24lpa but they have shared the offer letter of DOJ after 2 months and asked me to negotiate my notice period or look for buyout. What should I do in this case? Should I connect with my current hr to negotiate? Cause I tried convincing the new hr to share the offer letter of DOJ after 3 months but she is not in the favour of that.
